Option for publishing information to other views in PhotoInfoController

Description

Some views do share information (for example, ColorSettingDlg? bases histograms on the renderings created in preview pane. Now this requires quite complex custom logic, it would be easier if PhotoInfoController? did provide an interface for publishing & querying information from other views.
