Full screen view for photos

It should be possible to view photos in full screen mode.

• This should be initiated from normal thumbnail view
• If 1 photo is selected, start with that. If 0 or more than 1 is selected, start with the first photo in the view.
• Moving forward (with space bar or PgDown?) or backward (with PgUp?) move to next/previous photo
• Moving should be fast, i.e. probably next/previous photo must be preloaded.
