Add option to set a default database

An additional option to set one database as the default

  • If the default database uses Derby, it will be started without Login dialog
  • If the default database uses MySQl it will be selected when starting

There shall be a check box in login dialog to set the selected database as default

Also there shall be command line option (and start menu option in Windows installer) to start so that the login dialog is displayed even if there is a default database.
