UI for configuring the default behaviour of raw conversion

At least these settings should be settable

• dcraw executable
• Whether to use autoexpose, a constant white value, or set limits for white in autoexpose
• Default color profile
• Default color balance
• Default black
• Limits for highlight compression

It should be possible to set these either globally or for a certain camera model (or camera models matching regexp)
